The Creative Process

01 • Discover
We’ll start off with a 30-min call to learn more about each other and your business. In this conversation, we’ll identify your business goals and which design services are right for you. I’ll then send over a proposal for your approval.
Once approved, you’ll receive a project contract that needs your signature, plus a non-refundable payment deposit to book your spot in my calendar.

02 • Explore
To set an aligned foundation for your project, you’ll receive a Questionnaire that dives deep into your goals, audience and vision. I’ll also guide you in a Pinterest Mood Board exercise to discover what inspires you.
This will then become the North Star that guides us throughout the project.

03 • Strategy
We’ll jump on a 1-Hour Strategy Call to explore your responses and work through your Pinterest Mood Board.
We’ll work through your website goals, plan out your website structure and pages, and map out the framework for your website content and images.

04 • Content
Once we’ve aligned on the website strategy, you’ll upload all of your content (copywriting, photography, videos, etc.) into your Project Folder.
This is the most important step in our collaboration, as the website design cannot begin without the content!

05 • Design & Refine
With a clear direction, I’ll start crafting your website - with an initial draft and design options.
We’ll work with 2 rounds of creative reviews and refinements to then finalize the designs.
Here is where your open collaboration and quick communication are key :)

06 • Build & Launch!
When the design is approved, we’ll build out your website in Squarespace.
We’ll launch it live together – so you can share your new website to the world!
We’ll have a 1-Hour Handover Call to show you how to use your website, along with access to our video tutorials.

Yes! I do offer payment plan options. I completely understand that this can be a big investment in your business! I offer multiple monthly installments with the first non-refundable payment required to hold your spot in my calendar. Reach out and we can discuss!

I’ve included a Starter Copywriting Prompts guide in all of our web design packages. If you need more specialized help, I partner closely with an incredible copywriter who will write out your entire website copy! Let me know in our Discovery Call if this is something you’d like to include at an additional cost into your package.

We design all of our websites on the Squarespace platforms. In certain cases, I can offer Shopify services, in the case that your business is more ecommerce focused.

We ask that you provide all final website content (images, videos, text, etc) and existing branding BEFORE your project starts. The best project collaborations are well thought out and prepared before any of the design process starts. This helps us to work with a clear purpose and direction for a successful collaboration! Not to worry, I’ll be guiding you through the Website Questionnaire to make sure we have everything set before we move into design.
